被誉为“爵士教父“的罗尚正（Ted Lo），是打造多位香港天王天后（如林忆莲、陈奕迅，林子祥、叶 文等，在音乐界有崇高的地位）经典情歌的幕后推手，也是蜚声国际乐坛的音乐创作人。他早年移居美国，毕业于波士顿柏克莱音乐学院。罗尚正第一个大型现场音乐会是和Herbie Mann团队合作。及后又加入了Ron Carter四重奏。之后职业为歌手伴奏录音工作，合作音乐人有Michael Franks、Herbie Hancock、Joe Lovano、Dave Valentine、Michael Brecker、Jack DeJohnette、Tania Maria、Gregory Hines，Eric Gale、Flora Purim、 Airto Moreira、Phyllis Hyman、Noel Pinter 、Astrud Gilberto、Kenny Werner、Earl Klugh、Larry Coryell等等，他活跃于世界爵士乐坛。其后他回流香港，以音乐家、作曲家、音乐总监、编曲家、制作人等多重身份继续其多元化的音乐事业。
Born in Hong Kong and a former graduate of the Berklee College of Music in Boston in 1976, Ted Lo began his musical career as a jazz pianist in the Boston area and subsequently moved on to New York City in 1980. By 1990, Lo had collaborated with an impressive list of who’s who in modern jazz; including The Ron Carter Quartet, Herbie Mann and Family of Mann, Astrud Gilberto, Dave Valentin, Special Efx, Micheal Franks, Airto and Flora Purim, among others. Ted has performed in world-renowned venues and jazz festivals such as The Blue Note in NYC, the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles,
the Keystone Corner in San Fransisco and the Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club in London, The North Sea Jazz Festival, The Newport Jazz Festival, The London Jazz Festival and The Montreux Jazz Festival. In 1995, Ted was featured in his debut performance in Hong Kong at the Hong Kong Arts Festival. In 1996, the artist returned to his homeland in Hong Kong to pursue a diverse career as a musician, educator, composer, arranger and producer in jazz and many other genres.
包以正EUGENE PAO是亚洲最知名的爵士乐乐手，他的名字就代表了香港爵士乐的同义词。1980年代中期，包以正于美国毕业回港后开始四处演出，因而崭露头角。早年他已获得国际顶尖爵士乐手的肯定，参与他早期录音的大师包括贝斯手Eddie Gomez、歌手Jimmy Witherspoon，以及色士风手Michael Breaker。
30多年来，包以正确立了香港爵士结他大师的地位，并继续于世界各地的国际爵士音乐节、演奏厅及爵士乐俱乐部演出，参与多个录音项目。他同时亦是作曲家，曾为无数的电视广告担任作曲，他创作的电影原声音乐更获提名香港电影金像奖最佳原创电影音乐。他亦是女歌星林忆莲的吉他手及监制，参与了多个林忆莲的音乐专辑。
Simply put, Eugene Pao is Hong Kong’s most publicly recognized jazz musician and his name is synonymous with jazz in our city.
Such reputation cannot be more deserving as Eugene has been at the vanguard of promoting jazz in the territory through his performances and recordings over the last twenty plus years.
Over the last two decades, Eugene Pao has truly established himself as Hong Kong’s premier jazz guitarist. He continues to travel the world for performances at international jazz festivals, concert halls and jazz clubs, and to take part in select recording projects. As a composer, He had contributed to countless TV commercials, and his film soundtracks have been nominated for best original score at the HK Film Awards. Recently Esquire Magazine featured him on the cover as one of the 20 most influential men on their 20th Anniversary Issue.
杜思国擅长演奏低音电子结他及低音大提琴，1996年于澳洲国立大学音乐学院毕业后，活跃于当地不同规模的爵士乐演出。他曾随贝特斯学习，并与爵士乐手盖茨及史贝特等合作。
杜思国2004年移居中国，曾与中国第一队全球发行爵士乐唱片的乐队JR合作。在香港的过去十年间，他亦曾与不少知名音乐人和歌手演出及录音，包括包以正、罗尚正、惠特克、赫特、李安琪、林忆莲、方大同、林子祥、林德信、王菀之、陈柏宇及王敏德等.
SCOTT DODD (Australia) from Australia. Scott is good at playing electronic bass and bass cello. After graduating from the Australian National University Music School in 1996, he is active in various local jazz performances. In the past ten years in Hong Kong, he has performed and recorded with many well-known musicians and singers, including Eugene Pao, Ted lo, Angelia Li, Alex Lam, Michael Wong, etc.
黄子瑜曾是唱片公司签约艺人，跟着八三夭巡回；也与无数歌手合作，活跃于录音室与演唱会；更醉心于爵士乐，与来自世界各地的乐手合作；足迹已踏遍台湾、美国、中国、香港、澳门、印尼、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、日本。目前正以爵士乐手身分，巡演于世界各地。
2002年因缘际会之下接触到了爵士鼓，进而参加了高中社团 - 音乐创作社，而开始了音乐生涯。 2004年参加Yamaha 热音大赛荣获全国冠军, 并以最年轻乐手之姿受日本国宝级鼓手- 神保彰青睐, 选为该年度赛事亚洲区最佳乐手(鼓手), 而乐团则获得亚洲区亚军成绩。 2005年起开始以职业乐手活跃于台湾各大演出场地。
2008年接受八三夭乐团的邀请参与该团的巡回演出，期间亦参与了台湾各大音乐节演出。 2009年开始接触爵士乐，并考取替代役反毒大使，开始进入当兵生涯。期间参与了金曲奖歌手 - 黄建为的三重奏巡回演出。
2010前往美国波士顿百克里音乐学院进修(Berklee College of Music), 专攻爵士鼓演奏。
2010年底接受八三夭乐团的邀请成为正式团员，2012年签约成为相信音乐艺人。三年期间完成超过150场大大小小演出，足迹踏遍台湾、美国、中国、香港，并举办多场3000人以上大型演唱会。 2012年亦参与上海东方卫视歌唱选秀节目「声动亚洲」取得全国前六强的好成绩。
2013年参与方文山指导「听见下雨的声音」电影演出，戏里担任「火柴头」一角，电影于台湾、中国、香港、新加坡等地上映。同年亦策划了首次的亚洲爵士巡演，于台湾、中国、香港、澳门等地演出，并与台湾爵士吉他大师 - 叶贺璞共同发行了首张爵士专辑「爵望」。
2014年起开始专心以职业乐手、爵士演奏家的身份活跃于各大音乐场合。同年开始与卢广仲合作演出，并筹划自己的爵士乐团「THE BEAT BROTHERS」，巡回于世界各地。期间参与了爪哇爵士音乐节、台中爵士音乐节、香港爵士音乐节、澳门爵士音乐节、珠海爵士音乐节。
2015年担任伍思凯中国巡回演唱会 Band Leader，于中国11个城市演出。 「THE BEAT BROTHERS」首张专辑发行。同年更入围 Jz Awards 华人爵士大奖最佳新人。
2018年起担任刘德华世界巡回演唱会鼓手。
近年子瑜旅居香港，专心于爵士音乐的演奏与推广上，并不时参与艺人专辑录音/合作演出，活跃于国内外各大演出场合。现为 Canopus Drums、Meinl Cymbals、Schlagwerk 代言人。
Fish Huang, Taiwan.
In 2004, Fish Huang won Japan national championship in the Yamaha Sound Contest and was voted as Japanese national best drummer, as the youngest musician. He was also selected as the best musician (drummer) in the Asian Games of the year. In 2015, he served as the Band Leader of Sky Wu China Tour Concert and performed in 11 cities in China. The first album of "THE BEAT BROTHERS" was released in the same year. he was nominated as the best newcomer to the Jz Awards Chinese Jazz Awards. From 2018 onwards, he served as the drummer of Andy Lau World Tour Concert.
